When you arrive to the store you will be greeted by your stylist and given a tour of the store. Along with your stylist you’ll hand select gowns to try on. As your stylist gets to know your personal style, the vision for your wedding day and your top priorities for the perfect dress, with your valuable and honest feedback about what you’re loving and maybe not liking so much—together you will find the one!

Once you’ve found the gown, your stylist will offer you a selection of bridal accessories to complete your bridal look.

Yes please! While we can occasionally accommodate a same-day appointment during the week, in order to deliver the full bridal experience that you SO deserve, please book an appointment either online or over the phone prior to visiting.

While there is no magic answer to this question, we recommend shopping when it feels right to you!

Ideally you want to have your gown 8 months out from the day you say “I Do”. This allows for ample time for alterations and helps with avoiding additional rush fees and overall, unnecessary added stress.

Our wedding dress prices start at just $1,599 and go up to $7,000. We pride ourselves on having an incredible selection of dresses to accommodate every budget, style and size! We understand that weddings are expensive, and transparency is SO important to us. We want our brides to always feel as confident in their budget as much as they are with their dress choice so always be open with your stylist about how much you’re hoping to spend!

Standard shipping for our designers is on average a 4-6 month turn around time. However- we have the ability to request quick ship options as well as rush options for qualifying orders, so always inquire with your stylist!

With a selection of over 600 gowns, we carry a range of sample sizes from 6-30 but can special order any size from a 0 up to a 34. Additionally, we have a selection of 175+ plus size wedding dresses in our showroom!

You truly don’t need to bring anything special. If you would like to, some brides have found the following items helpful during their appointments; a hair tie, shape wear, any special “something borrowed” items, inspiration photos.

We want you to be comfortable! While a strapless bra is not required (our gowns are designed with bra cups) proper undergarments ARE required to try on dresses during your bridal appointment.

At this time, Ivory on Campbell does not offer in-house alterations. We have a list of recommended seamstresses that we have worked closely with in the past that we are happy to provide our brides with upon request!

We require a 50% deposit to place the order for any gown and accessories you say yes to. Beyond that, the remaining balance on your items is due within 30 days of when your items are delivered which typically takes about 4-6 months. You are welcome to make payments on your special order at your convenience as you wait for your items to arrive!
